About

How it started...

I grew up on one of the first biodynamic farms in Belgium. My family always cooked with seasonal vegetables straight from our fields. Even the grains for our sourdough bread were grown on the farm.

Born into a large family, I started cooking for everyone from a young age. My passion for cooking with good ingredients emerged very early on. One could say that sustainable food (and anti-waste) has always been part of my identity.

Later, I became interested in different cultures and began studying anthropology in Berlin. I loved the atmosphere of the city with all its creativity and its vibrant artistic and gastronomic scene.

When I returned to Belgium, I worked in various sectors, but I made the decision to pursue what had always made me the happiest: cooking!

I offer healthy and balanced lunch meals that are delicious, nutrient-rich, colorful, and fresh, using seasonal and local ingredients.
